Health and Safety on our job sites is a top priority, we are fully licensed, bonded and are covered with both workman's compensation and general liability insurance.   Westwater Painting Inc is lead certified and fully qualified to prepare, contain and dispose of any paint chips and dust after scraping.  We use festool sanders attached to our hepa festool vacuums for dust extraction.

Our Preparation Process includes carefully masking and protecting all vulnerable surface areas such as windows, plants and brickwork.  If any dry rot is discovered whilst preparing we will notify our clients and can recommend licensed contractors to take care of any repairs.   All rust is treated and primed with rust inhibitive primer.  All bare wood is primed with oil based primer.  Instead of the traditional 'caulking' used on cracks and joints we only use Sikaflex, which is a much more durable industrial strength option.

We always fully prime before painting with two coats of high quality finish paint. Our preferred paint is Benjamin Moore and Sherwin Williams due to its premium quality and excellent durability.
